Employee Referral Program
If an employee/consultant refers a candidate and if he/she is hired then you will get a referral fee.

	$500 for every employee hired by Xtream IT People.
	$750 for every employee hired by Xtream’s Client.
	$1250 for every employee hired by Xtream and its Client.
	An additional $ 500 for every six months of extension by the Client.
